We miss you and look forward to pampering you as we have done in the past in your “Home away from Home.” However, due to the current conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic in Mexico and the Dominican Republic, we are constrained to make the brave decision to modify the reopening date of our ULC Home Resorts to November 1, 2020.

We believe that there is a time and a place for everything, and for safety reasons now is still the time to stay safe at home!

Today more than ever, we want to show our gratitude, thus the 4th Annual Member’s Appreciation Convention will now be held from November 1 - 8, 2020 at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya.

If you have a confirmed resort reservation before the new reopening date, please contact the Ultimate Service Center (USC) at your earliest convenience to receive assistance with the modification of your reservation. The new “Change Date, Same Rate Policy” with no penalties, will be honored.

We are looking forward to building new meaningful experiences for you to enjoy life with your family as of November 1, 2020.

Remember that we will stay true, at the heart of the work that we do for you! We will be waiting for you with open arms.
